Our Thesis

Deficiencies in a person's sense of identity, purpose and belonging increase their susceptibility to chronic frustrations in life that manifest in lower self esteem, mental health challenges, poor performance at work or in school, unhealthy relationships, and even criminal behavior.  Holistic developmental pathways that are engaging and reproducible are needed that counter these negative outcomes, increase resiliency and the likelihood of success in personal, professional and spiritual endeavors.

Mentorship = Discipleship = Development

(Mentorship and Discipleship are words that refer to the development process individuals go through as other invest in them. Discipleship is often used in religious contexts to refer to the growth of someone spiritual knowledge and practices.)

Mentor = Discipler = Guide

(Whether you call yourself a mentor or discipler the common theme in both is that you are a guide. We refer to our Purpose Project certified practitioners as guides since it's something that everyone can relate to and has a more a favorable connotation with people of all ages.)

Personal + Professional + Spiritual = Holistic

(The Purpose Project is a holistic pathway of development because it can invest in an individual's personal, professional and/or spiritual ambitions all at the same time.)
